The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Domino’s, located in Ripley, TN. Domino’s aims to be the best pizza delivery company in the world by fostering exceptional team members and prioritizing its people. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient store operations and provides significant growth opportunities within the company, with many managers progressing to General Managers, Area Supervisors, and even Franchise Owners.

The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Location: In-person, Ripley, TN
• Team: Reports to the General Manager, supporting all store operations.
• Mission: To assist with and ensure the successful day-to-day operation of the store, upholding all company standards.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations Management: Assist with all store operations during your shift, including cost controls, inventory management, cash handling, and customer relations.
• Policy Adherence: Set a strong example by strictly following all company policies and procedures 100% of the time, and ensure your crew does the same.
• Administrative Support: Support the General Manager with staffing, scheduling, general administrative duties, and maintenance scheduling and reporting.
• Product Preparation: Safely operate all equipment, stock ingredients, and prepare products consistently to Domino’s quality standards.
• Customer & Delivery Service: Receive and process telephone orders, assist customers in person, and make deliveries or work on the makeline as needed to support operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager level. Must be 18 years of age or older and able to pass a background check.
• Experience: A valid driver’s license with a safe driving record is required (subject to Motor Vehicle Report review). Must possess good navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within the delivery area.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written, with customers and co-workers), the ability to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work effectively alone and with others under stress, and provide excellent customer service.
