What You’ll Actually Do
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, inspire, and mentor the retail team, fostering a collaborative culture where individuals are empowered to grow professionally and work autonomously towards common goals.
• Operational Oversight: Execute daily retail operations with meticulous attention to detail, including implementing rigorous inventory control practices to minimize shrinkage and overseeing stringent cash handling procedures.
• Customer Service Excellence: Ensure every customer interaction provides an exceptional level of service and product knowledge, while professionally mediating and resolving customer concerns and conflicts.
• Sales & Performance Management: Collaborate with the General Manager to set challenging sales targets, analyze performance metrics, and implement strategies for consistent growth to exceed goals.
• Compliance & HR Adherence: Uphold the highest standards of compliance with local and state regulations, guaranteeing ethical and legal operations, and comply with all HR policies by maintaining detailed documentation.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager level with a focus on retail and hospitality operations. Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• Experience: Requires a minimum of 2-3 years of retail or hospitality management experience, including open availability to work days, nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Skills: Strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, team building, conflict resolution, meticulous attention to detail, inventory control, and stringent cash handling.
