Job Details
We are actively seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dedicated team. This role is offered as an Asbestos Analyst or in a dual capacity, with the primary focus on Asbestos Analyst duties. Key responsibilities will involve air monitoring and four-stage clearance procedures.
What You Will Do
Primary Responsibilities – Asbestos Analyst (Main Focus)
- Conducting air monitoring, reassurance testing, and four-stage clearances.
- Setting up and efficiently managing air testing equipment.
- Undertaking thorough visual inspections of asbestos removal works.
- Producing accurate analytical reports and certification in a timely manner.
- Ensuring all work is completed in strict adherence to HSG248 guidelines and company procedures.
- Liaising professionally and effectively with clients, contractors, and site teams.
Secondary Responsibilities (Supporting Role)
- Assisting with site inspections and basic asbestos related surveys (provided relevant training has been completed).
- Supporting senior staff with essential data collection and site documentation.
- Engaging in learning wider consultancy processes to support continuous career development and progression.
Who You Are
- BHOS P403 and P404 certified or possess the RSPH equivalent qualifications.
- For candidates considering the dual role, a P402 or equivalent qualification is required.
- Proven experience with the TEAMS asbestos management system.
- Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organised, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Hold a full UK driving license.
