About the Job: Artisan – Full-Time/Part-Time (Remote)

We are seeking motivated individuals with a passion for home improvement and a commitment to professionalism. Our Artisans are the heart of our brand, providing turn-key, white-glove service that earns repeat business and referral requests by name.
Compensation:
$2,500.00 per month

About The Role:
As an Artisan, you will bring your skills to a dynamic team environment, performing a variety of handyman tasks for our valued customers. This is an opportunity to shine, grow your expertise, and build strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of handyman tasks, including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Provide exceptional customer service, fostering strong relationships with clients built on trust and reliability.
- Efficiently manage multiple projects, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment on all job sites.
- Communicate effectively with both team members and clients, providing regular updates on project status.
- Strictly adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
- Assist in accurately estimating project costs and materials needed.
- Commit to continuous improvement through training and development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in handyman services or a closely related field.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Thorough knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in home improvement.
- Possess a flexible schedule, including availability for evenings and weekends to meet client needs.
- A strong willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and techniques.
