TEAM OVERVIEW:
The AR/VR team is at the forefront of building cutting-edge training tools that seamlessly blend photorealistic 3D models, immersive VR environments, and hands-free AR guidance. We are responsible for creating interactive simulations used globally to help field engineers learn faster—whether through VR cleanroom training, hands-on HaptX experiences, or AR procedures that deliver real-time, step-by-step support. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative group where new ideas rapidly transform into impactful, production-ready XR experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance skills in Unity 3D VR and AR development.
- Prototype and develop scalable AR/VR applications using Unity3D.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, artists, and backend developers.
- Collaborate with other developers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in AR/VR.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new tools and platforms.
Technical Skills
- Programming Language: Preferably C#
- Strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) knowledge with practical implementation experience.
- Good understanding of C language fundamentals.
- Proficiency in documenting code and technical specifications for easy reference and future development.
- Strong knowledge of Software Design Patterns with practical implementation and the ability to write decoupled code. (Theoretical knowledge alone will result in immediate rejection.)

Requirements/Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- GPA requirements of 3.0 or above.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement. (Note: This specific role is not a sales role, so the sales compensation detail may not directly apply, but is part of the general compensation policy.)
