You will play a crucial role in supporting our team, which provides essential health insurance services to individuals.

Your main focus will be on connecting with individuals, confirming appointments, and meticulously organizing schedules for our team members.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate and confirm appointments with individuals who are seeking expert health insurance guidance.
- Proactively communicate with people to efficiently schedule meetings with our licensed team members.
- Maintain and update schedules meticulously, ensuring accuracy and optimal organization.
- Provide essential assistance to team members with various coordination tasks and follow-ups.
- Uphold clear, professional, and empathetic communication standards in all interactions.
