As part of IQVIA, a global leader in healthcare intelligence, DAVASO’s Dortmund business unit specializes in developing software for the Banking & Finance sector. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation and continued support of our software components within customer environments, directly impacting the efficiency of their digitized business processes.

• Mission: Ensure the stable operation, support, and configuration of DAVASO’s software products in customer environments.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Software Component Management: Take responsibility for the software components operating within our customers’ environments.
• Product Support & Configuration: Install, provide technical support for, and configure our software products.
• Issue Resolution: Independently analyze support requests and change requests of varying urgency and complexity.
• Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize existing products and processes in collaboration with process owners.
• SLA & Documentation: Ensure adherence to agreed-upon service level agreements for multiple system landscapes and document implemented solutions and processes.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Completed education or comparable qualification with an IT background.
• Experience: Good knowledge in at least one operating system (Windows or Linux); SQL knowledge and experience with databases.
• Skills: Responsible, structured, and service-oriented work approach, strong communication skills with various target groups, and proficiency in written and spoken German with basic English.
