Role Description: Application Development Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Application Development Intern to join our dynamic team. This is a hybrid internship role based in Seattle, WA, offering the flexibility for occasional remote work. As an integral part of our development team, you will gain hands-on experience in building and enhancing our cutting-edge AI-native platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment.
• Actively participate in programming and coding tasks for new features and functionalities.
• Support system integration efforts, ensuring seamless communication and compatibility between various software components.
• Contribute to database management tasks, including data modeling, querying, and optimization.
• Develop, test, and maintain applications to ensure high performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with the development team, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, identifying and implementing effective solutions.

Qualifications

We are looking for an aspiring developer with a foundational understanding of software principles and a passion for technology.

Required Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Software Development and Programming (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, Go, etc. – specific language experience is a plus).
• Familiarity with Databases and their management (e.g., SQL, NoSQL concepts).
• Hands-on experience with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for frontend development and user interface design.
• Basic knowledge of Integration processes, understanding how to ensure compatibility across different systems and APIs.
