Job Description

As an Applebee’s Carside team member, you will be the guest’s first impression over the phone and their last impression as you deliver their carside or to-go order with a smile. Key responsibilities include:

• Being friendly and welcoming to all guests.
• Making recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Anticipating guest needs.
• Delivering carside or to-go orders efficiently and accurately.

You will work hard but have a great time doing it!

Physical Standards

Candidates must meet the following physical requirements:

• Ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for long periods (up to four hours).
• Ability to safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to transport to-go bags and beverages (up to 15 pounds) approximately 30 times per shift (depending on business flow).
• Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests and team members.
• Ability to wear protective hand coverings throughout the entire shift.
• Ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout the entire shift.
• Ability to wear protective face coverings and/or masks throughout the entire shift.
• Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout the shift.
