The TL;DR

• Mission: Maintains the cleanliness, stocking, and operational readiness of the food & beverage department to ensure a smooth guest experience.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Facility Upkeep: Systematically clean and sanitize all food service facilities, including concession and bar areas, by performing tasks such as trash removal, sweeping, and mopping floors to maintain a pristine environment for guests and staff.
• Inventory and Stocking Management: Diligently fill all ice bins at each concession and bar station and accurately distribute various products to maintain optimal stock levels across all assigned food and beverage areas as per instructions.
• Logistics and Delivery Handling: Efficiently receive and securely store all incoming deliveries through the designated wine room and commissary, ensuring proper organization and inventory flow for all products.
• Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Perform routine operational duties such as turning on the draft beer system daily, and conduct regular cleaning and maintenance tasks on all food and beverage equipment to ensure functionality and longevity.
• Safety and Compliance Adherence: Strictly abide by all safety requirements as outlined in the Safety Manual and specific departmental guidelines, actively promoting a professional and secure work environment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This is an entry-level position that requires the ability to obtain and maintain a non-gaming license from both the Indiana Gaming Commission and the Indiana Horse Racing Commission. Candidates should possess a foundational understanding of basic operational procedures, which may be gained through minimal formal education (less than high school) or up to one month of related on-the-job experience or training.
• Experience: Candidates should have up to one month of practical experience or training in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work history, demonstrating an ability to quickly learn and apply standard operational procedures.
• Skills:
