Global Corporate Banking – Infrastructure – Analyst | JPMorganChase
The Tone:
This is an Analyst role at JPMorganChase. The company, one of the oldest financial institutions with a history spanning over 200 years, is a global leader in investment banking, consumer and small business banking, commercial banking, financial transaction processing, and asset management. This role is crucial for supporting the growth of broad and expanding client opportunities focused on Global Infrastructure Funds. As an integral part of the team, you will have daily access to senior officers of the firm and senior clients across different sectors and geographies, working to develop customized financial solutions to meet their needs by drawing from the full spectrum of the firm’s resources.

• Mission: Support the growth of global infrastructure funds by developing tailored financial solutions for clients.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Development: Actively assist Corporate Bankers in managing existing client relationships and developing new client opportunities across global infrastructure funds.
• Marketing Material Creation: Prepare pitch books and other marketing materials to help generate new revenue and support client engagement.
• Internal Approval Management: Assume responsibility for managing internal processes, preparing credit memos, and committee approvals for deal executions.
• Financial & Credit Analysis: Conduct industry and company research, including reviewing financial statements, summarizing investor presentations, and supporting the credit approval and documentation process.
• Reporting & Operations: Maintain internal reports such as deal tracking, pipeline reports, senior management briefings or memos, and assist with various projects as requested.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree with outstanding academic credentials (preferred GPA of 3.2).
• Experience: One to two years of experience in Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, or Credit is preferred.
• Skills: Excellent MS Office skills (specifically Excel-based modeling and PowerPoint), strong quantitative, analytical, and computer skills, proficiency with research tools including Bloomberg, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bonus: Corporate finance and specifically debt modeling skills would be highly regarded.
