The Tone:
This is an entry-level, 100% remote role at Imagine360. Imagine360 is a health plan solution company that combines over 50 years of self-funding healthcare expertise, helping thousands of employers save billions on healthcare. They provide breakthrough total health plan solutions that fix traditional PPO insurance problems with customized, member-focused solutions. This Analyst I position is crucial for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support organizational decision-making processes, providing actionable insights that drive business strategies and improvements within the company.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Collection: Retrieve and compile data from various sources such as databases, spreadsheets, and external data, ensuring its accuracy, consistency, and reliability through routine checks.
• Data Analysis: Perform basic statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data, and assist in developing and maintaining reports and dashboards for key performance indicators.
• Reporting: Create and present data visualizations, including charts, graphs, and tables, to effectively communicate findings, and prepare ad-hoc reports and presentations to support various business units and projects.
• Data Quality: Conduct routine data quality assessments to identify and resolve data issues, and contribute to the development of processes and procedures for improving data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members and stakeholders to understand their data needs, provide analytical support, and participate in meetings to offer insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, or healthcare management, suitable for an entry-level position.
• Experience: Team experience working closely with business professionals and technical resources to serve as a bridge between these groups, both internal and external.
• Skills: Proficiency in Excel and statistical software (e.g., R, Python); Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
• Bonus: Basic understanding of healthcare data sources and terminology; Artificial intelligence experience.
