Corporate Analyst, Finance | Kestra Financial

This Analyst role is critical to the company’s financial operations, supporting consolidated reporting, cash flow forecasting, and finance systems transformation. • Mission: To support consolidated financial reporting, cash flow forecasting, and finance system transformations to ensure accurate reporting, forward-looking insights, and scalable financial processes.
• Tech Stack: CPM / FP&A tools (e.g., Anaplan, Pigment), ERP systems, advanced Excel functionality.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Reporting: Support the consolidated financial close process across multiple legal entities and assist in the preparation of comprehensive consolidated reporting for monthly management, Board, and lender materials, as well as budget and forecast deliverables.
• Cash Flow Management: Develop detailed monthly and quarterly cash flow forecasts, incorporating P&L, balance sheet, and liquidity assumptions, along with scenario-based cash flow modeling and M&A integration impacts.
• System Implementation & Enhancement: Support the implementation and ongoing enhancement of Corporate Performance Management (CPM) / FP&A tools (e.g., Anaplan, Pigment), assisting with requirements gathering, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation of financial models and reporting outputs.
• Process Transformation: Facilitate the transition of reporting and forecasting processes from existing manual Excel-based workflows to efficient, system-driven solutions, improving operational efficiency and data integrity.
• Scalability & Automation: Contribute actively to broader finance transformation initiatives, focusing on achieving greater scalability, automation, and robust control mechanisms within the multi-entity financial environment.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. This role is for an early to mid-career professional seeking to specialize in corporate finance and financial system transformation.
• Experience: 2-5 years of professional experience, specifically demonstrating advanced Excel functionality expertise and hands-on experience leading ERP implementations and subsequent post-implementation support. Candidates should possess a deep understanding of corporate reporting consolidation processes and multi-channel financial reporting environments.
• Skills: Strong foundational knowledge of finance, accounting principles, and internal controls within enterprise systems. The ability to effectively translate complex business requirements into practical system solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills for dynamic cross-team collaboration, and a highly analytical, detail-oriented approach with the capacity to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
