AI Operations Associate | Loop
The Tone:
This is a full-time, in-person role at Loop, located in Chicago, San Francisco, or New York City, with an expectation of being onsite 4+ days per week. Loop is an AI-native company focused on industrializing services through artificial intelligence, beginning with the complex global supply chain. They address the systemic data issues that have hindered logistics by providing a Logistics Data Platform that transforms fragmented, unstructured data into a trusted foundation for automation, financial clarity, and decision intelligence. This role is essential for building an AI operations team that will own critical automation and intelligence systems, disrupting traditional operations with AI-powered workflows that empower users and amplify their impact.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Product Delivery: Accelerate Loop’s capability to deliver new product surfaces for global brands by thoroughly understanding how customer outcomes are achieved.
• Customer Engagement: Embed with customer, product, and operations teams at large companies to provide increased customer value.
• System Deployment: Partner with AI engineers to deploy systems and products that automate workflows, reduce manual effort, and satisfy customers and users.
• Solution Expertise: Demonstrate a strong execution skill set and comprehensive knowledge of Loop’s product offering, understanding how it addresses customer pain points.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with internal customer-facing stakeholders to ensure Loop consistently delivers value for them.
The Must-Haves
• Background: College degree with a quantitative background in analytics, finance, economics, or a STEM-related field.
• Experience: 1+ years of work experience in technology, data analysis, or other technical and quantitative areas.
• Skills: Ability to translate complex technical work to everyday users, ruthless problem-solving capabilities, deep understanding of systems and their users, and knowledge of Loop’s product offering.
• Bonus: Advanced Excel skills, proficiency in SQL, Python, or other programming languages, or experience building automations.
