AI Intern – Human Resources | LifeStyles Healthcare
The Tone:
This is an internship at LifeStyles Healthcare, located in New York City. LifeStyles Healthcare is a global leader in the sexual wellness sector with a history dating back to 1905, manufacturing and commercializing a broad range of products in over 60 countries. The company is establishing an AI Lab to transform operations, with HR being a primary function leading this shift. This role supports a global HR team during a strategic exit, embedding AI into work processes and providing exposure to people analytics, HR operations, compliance, and M&A-readiness.

• Mission: To embed AI into HR operations, providing analytical insights, ensuring data quality, and supporting M&A-readiness for a global HR function during a period of transformation.
• Tech Stack: Excel, Power BI, HRIS systems, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, D365
What You’ll Actually Do
• HR Data & Analytics: Analyze global HR datasets to identify trends, risks, and workforce insights, then build dashboards and visual summaries for leadership.
• Data Quality: Clean, organize, and standardize employee data across various systems to improve accuracy and consistency, resolving duplicate or inconsistent records.
• AI & Process Improvement: Map current HR workflows, identify automation opportunities using AI tools, and prototype AI-assisted solutions for team adoption.
• Compliance Support: Help track country-specific employment requirements, policy updates, and data privacy obligations, supporting documentation and audit preparation.
• Exit Readiness: Assist in preparing HR diligence materials, including workforce summaries, org charts, and compliance checklists, and support project tracking for acquisition preparation.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Science, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field with a genuine interest in people and organizations.
• Experience: Prior HR or AI internship experience is a requirement, coupled with comfort working with data.
• Skills: Proficiency in Excel, hands-on experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or D365, clear communication, discretion, trustworthiness, and organizational skills.
• Bonus: Exposure to Power BI or HRIS systems.
