The Tone:
This is an early career position at Jobright, located in the United States. Jobright is an AI job search agent designed to transform the job search process into a fast, expert-guided journey for its users. This role is crucial for building and scaling business-facing AI agents, managing their entire lifecycle from prototype to production. You will have high ownership and impact, working at the intersection of AI, agents, and product to shape how people experience AI-driven job search.
The TL;DR

What You’ll Actually Do
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of specific AI agent features, from initial ideation and requirement gathering to launch and iteration.
• Analyze user feedback, market trends, and product metrics to define and prioritize the product backlog.
• Create detailed wireframes, user stories, and Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that bridge the gap between user needs and technical execution.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate that our AI agents are solving real-world career challenges effectively.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Recent graduate or entry-level professional (0–2 years of experience) with a degree in Business, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Must live in and be authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience: A strong passion for AI technology and a baseline understanding of how Large Language Models and autonomous agents function. Previous internship experience in product management, project management, or a startup environment is a plus.
• Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate ‘the why’ behind product decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, along with high levels of dependability and organizational skills necessary to manage multiple moving parts in an early-stage startup.
• Bonus: Experience with design and prototyping tools (such as Figma or Balsamiq) and agile project management software (such as Jira or Linear), and a demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear, actionable product roadmaps.
