What You’ll Actually Do
• Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the marketing department.
• Task Management: Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks including email inbox management, supply ordering, data entry, and filing.
• Content Editing: Edit content for social media, email, and web platforms to ensure alignment with organizational values.
• Outreach & Events: Support event promotion and community outreach activities.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports, maintaining marketing databases and tracking engagement metrics.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field, graduating between 2024 and 2026.
• Experience: Internship or entry-level experience in marketing, public relations, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, proficiency with social media platforms and digital marketing tools, ability to manage multiple projects, and strong organizational skills.
• Bonus: Experience in marketing or community outreach, familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, graphic design or content creation skills, or bilingual abilities.
