Program Intern- Fall | BakerRipley

The intern will provide general office support and excellent customer service, contributing meaningfully to the organization’s mission.

• Mission: Support outreach efforts, program outcomes, and administrative duties for BakerRipley’s programs, particularly within the Family Services division at Workforce Solution.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Outreach: Conduct outreach to families regarding eligibility documentation, case assignments, and job search support.
• Program Support: Assist in planning and preparing Ages and Stages Questionnaire (ASQ) training sessions, including assembling training materials and coordinating logistics.
• Client Support: Support families by promoting developmental screenings, completing Family Services Plans, and sharing community resources.
• Data Management: Track and document client interactions, follow-ups, and service outcomes using spreadsheets and internal systems.
• Project Development: Identify and implement a project that enhances Family Services, with guidance from a mentor.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Current college student or Associate’s degree in any field.
• Experience: Minimum of one (1) year experience working.
• Skills: Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Power Point.
• Bonus: Bilingual (English-Spanish) preferred.
