Administrative Coordinator | Berger Moving & Storage

This is an hourly position at Relocation Today, a recognized provider of corporate global mobility services worldwide and a proud member of the Berger Family of companies, located in Minnetonka, Minnesota. The company assists clients with global relocation needs by providing comprehensive support, coordination, and strategic program solutions. This Administrative Coordinator role is essential for ensuring smooth operations and high client satisfaction by supporting Account Managers and internal teams, especially when team members are out of office. The position involves managing a diverse range of administrative and client-facing responsibilities, demanding strong attention to detail and consistent performance under deadlines.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries effectively.
• Expense Management: Process expenses and manage budgets.
• Cost Estimation: Prepare cost estimates and COLA (Cost of Living Adjustment).
• Data Entry: Perform accurate data entry of customer information.
• General Administration: Execute various other miscellaneous tasks as needed to support operations.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent. Secondary education is preferred.
• Experience: Preferred candidates will have three years of business or customer service experience. Candidates without a college degree must possess additional relevant experience, including internships.
• Skills: Demonstrated outstanding customer service abilities; clear written and verbal communication; exceptional record-keeping and note-taking skills; strong multitasking and organizational competency; precision in tracking budgets and reporting expenses; familiarity with basic reporting requirements; and the capacity to understand and apply various client policies and procedures.
