Administrative Assistant to Head of Distribution & Network Strategy | U.S. Bank

What You’ll Actually Do
• Priorities: Manage executive priorities, track strategic initiatives and action items, and ensure follow-through across a broad network of stakeholders and business partners.
• Scheduling: Manage complex calendars and scheduling for the executive.
• Expenses: Oversee and process expense reports.
• Presentations: Coordinate meetings, prepare executive-level presentations, interact with cross-functional teams, and synthesize complex business topics into clear narratives for senior leadership.
• Projects: Work on highly visible projects, some of which may be technical in nature or involve data, and provide program management support.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Experience in administrative and support staff activities. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in administrative and support staff activities.
• Skills: Exceptional organization and planning to manage multiple calendars and deadlines; proven ability to develop executive-level content including presentations and strategic materials; strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members and senior leadership; demonstrated proactive problem-solving, critical thinking, and the ability to navigate ambiguity; strong technical proficiency in Microsoft products (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel), AI, and other business tools.
• Bonus: A bachelor’s degree is preferred; some experience in Finance is preferred.
