What You’ll Actually Do
• Acquisitions Support: Support the sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and execution of real estate acquisitions.
• Financial Modeling: Build and analyze complex financial models, including equity waterfalls, cash flow projections, return analysis, and KPI metrics.
• Performance Evaluation: Evaluate property financials, rent rolls, operating performance, returns, and investment assumptions.
• Investment Presentations: Prepare investment recommendations and presentations for senior leadership and investors.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement AI and other tools or processes to improve financial visibility and efficiency.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. Entry-level to two years of professional experience.
• Experience: Open to new graduates up to two years of experience, with a strong interest in early career development within a high-growth environment.
• Skills: Strong Excel proficiency, a self-starter approach, critical thinking abilities, and an inquisitive mindset. Demonstrated interest and/or experience in leveraging technology, data tools, or AI to enhance financial analysis and efficiency.
