The Tone:

Customand provides moving and relocation services, including customer scheduling, packing, transportation, storage, and assembly. This role is crucial for maintaining the financial health of the company by ensuring accurate accounting records, processing transactions, and supporting financial operations. The Accounts Receivable Specialist ensures smooth financial flow across various service areas.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Record: Record and review daily financial transactions within the designated accounting system.
• Process: Process invoices, payments, receipts, and expense records with complete supporting documentation.
• Reconcile: Reconcile bank, card, vendor, customer, and ledger balances, investigating any discrepancies.
• Maintain: Maintain organized financial files and assist with month-end closing, account reviews, and audit preparations.
• Prepare: Prepare routine financial summaries, aging reports, reconciliations, and various transaction reports.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level Associate professional with an understanding of basic accounting, reconciliation, invoice, payment, and ledger concepts.
• Experience: Experience with using spreadsheets and accounting or finance systems.
• Skills: Strong numerical accuracy; Ability to identify financial discrepancies; Professional communication for internal and external follow-ups; High discretion with sensitive financial information.
