Accounts Receivable Analyst | Ornua
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Ornua, located in Hilbert, WI, with a regular Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm schedule. This entry-level Accounts Receivable Analyst position is valuable as it ensures all Accounts Receivable transactions for Ornua Ingredients North America (OINA) are recorded and reported in a timely fashion, acting as a crucial liaison for customer service inquiries.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Invoice Processing: Prepare, process, and disseminate invoices to customers.
• Cash Reporting: Access company banking information daily to report cash received to management.
• Account Reconciliation: Analyze and reconcile customer accounts daily in Microsoft Dynamics SL to ensure timely payment.
• Payment Issue Resolution: Follow up on short payments and any other missing or unresolved payment issues with customers.
• Customer Inquiries: Act as the point of contact for all customer questions pertaining to Accounts Receivable information.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level finance professional with responsibility for Accounts Receivable transactions for multiple locations.
• Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly strong typing and 10 key skills, and the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and clearly articulate solutions.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, high attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work as a collaborative team member while upholding confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Bonus: Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, or a degree in a relevant field.
