Job Description

Main Responsibilities and Task:
Contact Vendors to obtain Statement of Accounts.
Reconcile the statements with SAP Account Payable record.
Identify differences (if any) and discuss with the team for the next steps to resolve Accounts Payable discrepancies.
Support Accounts Payable reconciliation processes.
Learn and support on accounts payable and freight payable posting.

Required Competencies:
Understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles.
Proficiency in MS Office package.
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree or master’s in Finance, Accounting, and Business Administration or a related discipline is preferred.
