What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Process invoices through the workflow while ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors
• Reconcile vendor statements and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Resolve payment allocations and account disputes to ensure ongoing purchasing ability
• Provide prompt and friendly customer service to vendors and stores
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding errors, unusual items, and process improvement opportunities

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 1-2 years of previous accounts payable experience
• Previous customer service experience
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Critical thinker and effective time manager
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected events in the workplace
