• Mission: This person resolves invoice errors, reconciles supplier accounts, and communicates with internal and external parties to ensure accurate accounts payable processes.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Access)

What You’ll Actually Do
• Invoice Resolution: Perform accounts payable support duties by resolving invoice errors.
• Account Reconciliation: Reconcile supplier accounts as part of accounts payable support duties.
• Reporting: Provide reports detailing completed work on invoice errors and affected suppliers.
• Supplier Communication: Communicate directly with suppliers to address accounts payable matters.
• Internal Communication: Communicate directly with internal buyers regarding accounts payable.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Access); availability to work 20-30 hours per week, Monday – Friday between 8am – 5pm.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication; organizational skills including the ability to prioritize, work independently, meet deadlines, multitask, and balance various assignments; interpersonal skills for professional team collaboration; excellent customer service skills.
• Bonus: Bachelor’s degree with a focus on Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is highly preferred.
