• Mission: Coordinate, process, and organize non-trade accounts payable activities to ensure efficient local accounting and finance operations.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Process Invoices: Receive, organize, review, and process non-trade vendor invoices and payment requests.
• Validate Documentation: Ensure supporting documentation, approvals, coding, and expense classifications are accurate.
• Coordinate Payments: Work with HQ treasury and banking teams for payment processing and communicate with vendors regarding invoice status.
• Support Accounting: Assist with accrual tracking, expense reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
• Maintain Records: Organize and maintain accounts payable records and supporting files for audits and internal reviews.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred. This is an early career role focused on accounting and finance support.
• Experience: 1–3+ years of experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or junior accounting.
• Skills: Proficiency in accounts payable processing, invoice reconciliation, expense coding, and ERP systems such as SAP Business One. Strong organizational and administrative accounting skills are essential, along with the ability to use Microsoft Excel.
• Bonus: Experience within retail, logistics, warehouse, or other operational environments is a plus. English fluency is required.
