What You’ll Actually Do
• Invoice Approval: Facilitate the weekly invoice approval process by pulling data from SAP, formatting reports, and assisting departments with reviews.
• Cash Reporting: Coordinate with department heads and leadership teams to prepare weekly cash requirement reports for Treasury and FP&A review.
• Payment Processing: Assist with weekly SAP payment processing runs, including submission support to Treasury.
• Vendor Communication: Communicate with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies, payment inquiries, and account-related issues promptly.
• Invoice Verification: Review invoices for proper coding, authorization, and supporting documentation prior to payment processing.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Core domain knowledge in Accounts Payable processes.
• Experience: Prior experience in Accounts Payable functions.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and effective communication.
• Bonus: Prior experience with SAP.
