What You’ll Actually Do
• Exposure: Gain hands-on exposure to the complete accounting cycle within an operated exploration and production company, understanding the flow of financial information.
• Learn: Understand and apply accounting principles unique to the oil and gas industry, specifically within areas such as revenue distribution and joint interest billing.
• Improve: Actively participate in building and improving evolving accounting processes and systems, contributing to “the better way” in a high-growth environment.
• Own: Take personal ownership of assigned projects and tasks from day one, demonstrating accountability and driving tangible outcomes, including contributing ideas and challenging existing methods.
