The TL;DR

• Team: Works with staff, seniors, managers, and shareholders across client engagements.
• Mission: To provide foundational accounting and tax services, assist with financial reporting, and contribute to diverse client projects within a supportive team.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Prepare: Prepare various tax returns and assist with tax compliance and strategy development.
• Perform: Execute entry-level audit procedures and contribute to accounting and financial reporting services, including reviews and compilations.
• Support: Work on diverse client engagements, including special projects, agreed-upon procedures, and consulting services.
• Collaborate: Engage directly with clients and collaborate closely with staff, seniors, managers, and shareholders on projects.
• Learn: Undergo in-depth training on firm software and procedures, continuously expanding accounting knowledge and practical skills.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Undergraduate or Graduate degree in accounting, with eligibility to sit for the CPA exam, and must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Experience: Entry-level career position requiring the application of accounting principles across various client engagements.
• Skills: Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax compliance, financial reporting standards, and professional client communication.
• Bonus: Preferred minimum 3.0 overall GPA. For internships specifically, candidates must be a senior in an accounting program and available full-time at least through March 15th.
