What You’ll Actually Do
• Accounts Payable: Support the processing of various accounts payable to ensure timely and accurate vendor payments.
• Month-End Activities: Contribute to month-end closing procedures to ensure financial reports are ready on schedule.
• Financial Analysis: Prepare various financial analyses to provide insights into company performance and support decision-making.
• Project Accounting: Aid Project Accounting in managing project lifecycles, including project setup, closure, and billing.
• Data Management: Assist with data entry and the maintenance of accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; this is an entry-level position.
• Experience: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications; no specific years of experience required.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, and strong analytical skills.
