The Tone:
This is an in-person role at Fairmont Chicago, Millennium Park, located in the Greater Chicago Area. The TL;DR

• Pay: $27–$30 hourly
• Team: Reports to the Assistant Director, Finance
• Mission: This role ensures accurate and timely financial operations to support outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Window applications

What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage: Perform General Cashier duties as the primary focus of responsibilities.
• Administer: Record daily entertainment and promotion accounts, ensuring accuracy.
• Support: Provide daily assistance for accounts payable and accounts receivable operations.
• Assist: Reconcile and facilitate the payment of third-party checks.
• Respond: Answer guest calls regarding billing discrepancies and folio requests.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An individual capable of performing essential accounting and administrative duties.
• Experience: Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications or relevant computer applications. Previous office administration or accounting experience is preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, high responsibility and reliability, and the ability to work cohesively within a team.
• Bonus: A University/College degree in a related discipline is an asset.
