This role supports essential accounting operations by ensuring accurate financial records, managing vendor communications, and maintaining efficiency, directly contributing to the company’s financial integrity.

• Mission: Responsible for accurate invoice processing, vendor communications, and financial record-keeping to support accounting operations.
• Tech Stack: NetSuite, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook

What You’ll Actually Do
• Invoice Processing: Process and accurately enter vendor invoices into the NetSuite system.
• PO Matching: Utilize NetSuite AI tools to efficiently match purchase order invoices.
• Vendor Communication: Respond to vendor inquiries via phone and email, and review vendor statements to resolve discrepancies.
• Reconciliation: Process and reconcile corporate credit card transactions.
• Reporting & Support: Prepare weekly and monthly Accounts Payable reports and assist with month-end accounting activities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. High School Diploma or GED required, demonstrating foundational knowledge for administrative tasks.
• Experience: Accounts Payable, bookkeeping, or general accounting experience preferred. Experience with ERP systems, particularly NetSuite, is also preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook, strong attention to detail, excellent organization, accuracy, and effective communication and customer service skills.
• Bonus: An Associate degree in accounting or a related field.
