What You’ll Actually Do
• Accounting Functions: Perform a variety of routine and some non-routine clerical and accounting functions in general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or related financial areas according to standard procedures.
• Report Generation: Develop queries, then generate and distribute essential statistical, numerical, and financial reports.
• Record Maintenance: Maintain appropriate records, files, and documentation as required for financial operations.
• Issue Resolution: Contact other departments and/or outside agencies to efficiently resolve problems related to financial data and processes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. High School/GED required with a foundational understanding of clerical and accounting functions.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in an accounting or related financial area.
• Skills: Computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel and Word, Ten-key by touch proficiency, and good communication skills.
