What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Costs: Ensure accurate understanding and recording of client costs.
• Disbursements: Prepare and process settlement disbursements for clients.
• Vendor Management: Communicate with vendors and process timely payments.
• Invoice Processing: Manage and process all client invoice payments efficiently.
• Financial Reporting: Generate and analyze financial reports using QuickBooks.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a closely related field is required. This is an entry-level position designed for individuals eager to begin their career in financial support within a professional services environment.
• Experience: Candidates must demonstrate proficiency with spreadsheet applications, practical experience using Google Workspace, and familiarity with QuickBooks and other basic accounting systems. Prior hands-on experience in these areas is crucial for success in this role.
• Skills: Required skills include strong analytical abilities for reviewing financial information and identifying potential issues, alongside excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
