What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Processing: Accurately process all incoming payments and receipts, maintaining precise records for financial transactions.
• Accounts Payable Management: Actively assist with the full scope of accounts payable operations, ensuring timely and correct vendor payments.
• Payroll Verification: Review and verify payroll timesheets for accuracy, contributing to efficient and error-free payroll processing.
• Account Reconciliation: Provide essential assistance with various account reconciliations to ensure the integrity and balance of financial records.
• Reporting & Compliance: Contribute to critical reporting and compliance tasks, including the preparation of required financial reports and payroll schedules.
The Must-Haves
• Background: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required, complemented by a solid foundational knowledge in accounting-related principles and practices.
• Experience: Possess at least 3 years of experience in an accounting-related role, with a strong preference for candidates who have specific experience in Accounts Payable functions.
• Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Word, adeptness with a 10-key calculator, and proven solid organizational abilities are essential for this role.
