What You’ll Actually Do

• Data Management and Organization: Accurately enter, maintain, and organize critical financial data within designated systems to uphold data integrity and accessibility.
• Budgeting and Forecasting Assistance: Provide direct support to the finance team by gathering information and contributing to the development and refinement of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Transaction and Account Management: Help manage daily financial transactions by processing invoices, handling accounts payable, performing bank reconciliations, and inputting accurate journal entries.
• Analytical Tools and Research: Develop, update, and maintain essential spreadsheets and financial models while conducting targeted financial research to support strategic projects and initiatives.
