What You’ll Actually Do
• Journal Entry & Reconciliation: Assist senior accounting staff with preparing and posting journal entries, and perform basic account and monthly bank reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
• Transaction Processing: Accurately process accounts payable, accounts receivable transactions, and employee expense reports with corresponding reimbursements.
• Financial Data Management: Enter financial data into accounting software precisely, maintain accurate financial records, and organize all supporting documentation.
• Reporting & Issue Resolution: Support month-end and year-end close by preparing necessary schedules, assist in preparing financial reports and spreadsheets for management, and help identify and resolve routine accounting issues.
• Administrative & Communication Support: Perform general administrative duties to support the finance team and communicate effectively with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding financial matters.

• Background: Entry-Level professional seeking to establish a career in accounting, possessing foundational knowledge in financial operations and record keeping.
• Experience: Possess 1 to 4 years of practical experience in accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or other closely related financial support functions.
• Skills: Demonstrated excellent attention to detail, robust organizational skills, a proven ability to consistently meet deadlines, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Bonus: Previous entry-level accounting experience is considered a valuable asset and a plus for this position.
