Accounting & Systems Analyst | Delta Galil Industries

The Tone:
This is a full-time, hybrid role at Delta Galil Industries, located in Montoursville, PA, requiring four days in the office. Delta Galil is a global manufacturer and marketer of branded and private label apparel, including seamless apparel, intimate wear, activewear, and denim under brands like 7 For All Mankind® and Splendid®, and licensed brands such as adidas and Tommy Hilfiger. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity of financial data within the ERP system, ensuring smooth financial operations, and providing essential system support across the organization. The position is central to optimizing workflows by combining accounting expertise with technical problem-solving.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Accounting Operations: Support month-end and year-end close processes by preparing journal entries, accruals, and financial reports.
• System Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues concerning financial transactions, inventory, and reporting data.
• Data and Reporting: Develop and maintain SQL queries and reporting tools to support recurring and ad hoc business needs.
• User and IT Support: Serve as the primary contact for ERP and application support, assisting users with system functionality and data questions.
• Data Integrity: Perform data validation and reconciliation between ERP modules, distribution systems, and reporting databases.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of general accounting experience, including internship experience, with a preference for corporate or public accounting experience and exposure to ERP systems.
• Skills: Strong understanding of accounting principles, proficiency in SQL and Excel for data analysis, and strong problem-solving abilities to reconcile large datasets.
• Bonus: Experience with inventory accounting, supply chain processes, and an interest in process improvement and automation.
