What You’ll Actually Do
• Accounting Support: Manage and process accounting-related tasks within the scope of general work requirements.
• Bookkeeping Operations: Maintain accurate financial records and provide essential support for bookkeeping functions.
• Clerical Services: Execute a range of clerical duties, including document management, data entry, and correspondence.
• Secretarial Assistance: Deliver comprehensive secretarial aid for various operational and administrative needs.
• General Administration: Perform diverse general work tasks as needed to ensure efficient daily operations and support.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career. Graduation from high school or possession of a General Education Development (GED) Certificate or California High School Proficiency Examination (CHSPE) Certificate, with core domain knowledge in accounting, bookkeeping, clerical, or secretarial functions.
• Experience: One (1) year of experience in roles such as accounting, bookkeeping, clerical, or secretarial, specifically performing general work tasks.
• Skills: Ability to keyboard at a net rate of 50 words per minute, evidenced by a Typing Certificate, OR a clerical assessment certificate from MCS.
