This entry-level position is crucial for supporting the finance team by executing routine accounting duties, with a particular emphasis on Accounts Receivable. What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage: Execute core accounting tasks including data entry, account reconciliations, month-end close journals and accruals, and financial reporting.
• Oversee: Administer the full order-to-cash cycle, from invoicing and payment processing to reconciliation and collaboration with the collections team to optimize cash flow.
• Innovate: Drive digital transformation within the Accounts Receivable function through the implementation and adoption of AI technology to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure: Maintain compliance with all company policies and established accounting standards.
• Support: Assist in the preparation of necessary audit documentation and respond to audit inquiries.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with foundational knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience: 0-2 years of entry-level experience.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software, good organizational and time management skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
