What You’ll Actually Do
• Accounting Functions: Execute tasks across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and General Accounting to support overall financial operations.
• Dispute Resolution: Research and respond to inquiries and collaborate with internal and external parties to promptly resolve financial disputes.
• Financial Reporting: Assist with the production of monthly accounts, manage month-end responsibilities, and support internal controls over financial data.
• Communication Support: Report financial results and help internal and external stakeholders understand complex financial matters.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain cooperative relationships with other finance and corporate departments to ensure seamless operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Foundational knowledge in core accounting principles and practices, with the ability to perform tasks across multiple financial domains including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and General Accounting. Understanding of financial operations to support a hospitality environment is essential.
• Experience: Practical experience executing essential accounting functions, including research and resolution of financial inquiries and disputes. Demonstrated ability to assist with the production of monthly accounts, manage month-end responsibilities, and support internal controls over financial data.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address financial questions and disputes. Effective communication skills for reporting financial results and aiding stakeholders in understanding financial matters. Proficiency in collaborating to build and maintain cooperative relationships with internal finance and corporate departments.
