What You’ll Actually Do
• Accounting Functions: Execute core accounting tasks across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and General Accounting to provide comprehensive support for financial operations.
• Inquiry Resolution: Research and respond to financial inquiries and partner with internal and external parties to promptly resolve disputes.
• Financial Reporting: Assist with the accurate production of monthly accounts, complete month-end responsibilities, and maintain internal controls over financial data.
• Financial Communication: Report financial results and help both internal and external stakeholders understand complex financial matters.
• Departmental Collaboration: Build and maintain cooperative relationships with other finance and corporate departments to ensure seamless operational success.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career. Foundational understanding of accounting principles across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and General Accounting.
• Experience: Experience in supporting financial operations, including resolving inquiries and disputes.
• Skills: Proficiency in financial reporting and communication of financial results; ability to research, analyze, and resolve financial discrepancies; strong collaborative and relationship-building abilities.
