What You’ll Actually Do
• Execute Accounting Functions: Perform essential accounting tasks across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and General Accounting to support daily financial operations.
• Resolve Questions & Disputes: Research and respond to financial inquiries, partnering with internal and external parties to ensure prompt resolution of disputes.
• Support Financial Reporting: Assist with the production of monthly accounts, fulfill month-end responsibilities, and help maintain internal controls over financial data integrity.
• Aid Financial Communication: Report financial results and facilitate understanding of financial matters for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate Across Departments: Build and maintain cooperative relationships with other finance and corporate departments to ensure successful outcomes.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Candidates should possess a foundational understanding and practical knowledge of core accounting principles and operations, encompassing Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and General Accounting, typically gained through formal education or relevant experience.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience in performing essential accounting functions, actively researching and resolving financial inquiries and disputes, contributing to monthly financial reporting cycles, and assisting with the clear communication of financial results to diverse audiences.
• Skills: Capability to analyze financial data, strong problem-solving abilities for effective dispute resolution, proficiency in supporting financial reporting processes, effective communication skills for internal and external stakeholders, and a collaborative mindset for cross-departmental cooperation.
