What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage: Manage a portfolio of 10+ full-service bookkeeping clients.
• Perform: Perform QuickBooks Online bookkeeping and monthly reconciliations.
• Prepare: Prepare and finalize monthly financial reporting packages.
• Support: Support month-end close processes and resolve outstanding accounting items.
• Communicate: Serve as a responsive, trusted point of contact for clients and participate in quarterly conversations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An experienced professional with a background in bookkeeping, accounting support, or outsourced accounting, specifically adept at financial reporting and client management.
• Experience: 2+ years of bookkeeping, accounting support, or outsourced accounting experience; strong QuickBooks Online proficiency.
• Skills: Reconciliations, Financial reporting, Month-end close, Organization and time-management, Client communication.
• Bonus: XCM or similar workflow experience.
