What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Support: Act as dedicated financial support for Cintas’s field operations, ensuring that critical financial data is available and accurate for operational decision-making.
• Reporting & Analysis: Present precise financial statements and comprehensive management reports on a timely basis, aiding leadership in understanding performance and trends.
• Closing Processes: Complete all necessary monthly closings efficiently, adhering to established accounting principles and company timelines.
• Account Reconciliation: Prepare detailed balance sheet reviews, investigating and reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Operational Audits: Conduct thorough field audits as required, verifying financial practices and identifying areas for improvement within operational units.
The Must-Haves
• Background: This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, establishing a foundational understanding of accounting principles and practices. This is an early career position, suitable for recent graduates with relevant academic preparation.
• Experience: Candidates must possess proficiency with essential productivity tools, including Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. Demonstrated comfort with intranet and internet navigation is also necessary for daily tasks.
• Skills: Core responsibilities demand strong capabilities in preparing financial statements, drafting management reports, executing monthly financial closings, performing balance sheet reviews, and conducting audits.
