• Mission: Responsible for the accurate, timely, and professional reconciliation of assigned vendor accounts and General Ledger accounts to resolve open items and ensure financial integrity.
• Tech Stack: Excel, SAP, Right Angle, BW, Quorum

What You’ll Actually Do
• Reconcile assigned vendor accounts to resolve open invoices, identifying the root cause of issues and collaborating with stakeholders for resolution.
• Support General Ledger account reconciliations, including the GRIR account, and ensure the resolution of open items.
• Collect, compile, analyze, and verify financial and other data to maintain the integrity of accounting records and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Create and record journal entries and other transactions, maintain the general ledger, and perform account reconciliations.
• Ensure proper execution of controls, documentation, and retention in accordance with accounting policy, supporting internal and external audit requests.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. Entry-level career stage.
• Experience: Zero (0) to one (1) year of Accounting/Finance experience.
• Skills: Technical knowledge (utilizing systems/tools like Excel, SAP), Business Process Improvement, Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, and Communication.
