What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Reporting: Own critical month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities to ensure timely and high-quality financial reporting.
• Financial Integrity: Prepare accurate journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting documentation to ensure reliable financial reporting.
• Payroll Support: Ensure accurate and timely payroll for manufacturing employees by validating data, reconciling accounts, and assisting with compliance activities.
• Business Insights: Transform financial data into actionable insights through analysis, dashboards, and visualizations to support strategic decision-making.
• Performance Analysis: Evaluate financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and prior results to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Experience: 1–5 years of accounting experience.
• Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts), strong interpersonal, technical, and communication skills, and proven ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Bonus: Experience with Data Analytics (Power BI, Tableau); experience in a manufacturing environment.
