What You’ll Actually Do
• Collaborate: Engage closely with various department heads throughout the organization, fostering strong working relationships to comprehensively understand their operational expenditures and revenue streams, thereby ensuring the absolute accuracy of all related financial reporting activities.
• Support: Actively contribute to the core functions of the accounting team by meticulously preparing and processing financial accounting data, covering a wide array of financial areas critical to the company’s fiscal health and compliance.
• Generate: Take an active role in the preparation and subsequent distribution of comprehensive financial statements, which include balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring they are clear, concise, and reflective of the company’s financial position.
• Execute: Precisely execute the systematic preparation of detailed financial statements and all necessary supporting schedules, diligently adhering to the established guidelines and deadlines set forth by the monthly close schedule, contributing to timely financial insights.
• Analyze: Apply strong analytical skills to review prepared financial data, identifying discrepancies or areas for improvement, and contributing to the overall integrity and reliability of the financial accounting information utilized by the team.

• Background: This foundational Staff Accountant position requires candidates to possess an academic background demonstrated by a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.
