What You’ll Actually Do
• Audit & Tax Assistance: Assist with financial audits, tax return preparation, and various client accounting projects.
• Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare comprehensive financial statements, essential reconciliations, and all necessary supporting schedules.
• Reporting & Analysis Support: Provide dedicated support for financial reporting, detailed analysis, and key client service initiatives.
• Data Management & Record Keeping: Utilize strong Excel skills and various accounting systems to effectively analyze data and meticulously maintain accurate financial records.
• Leadership & Client Engagement: Partner directly with firm leadership, participating actively in significant client engagements and various special projects.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field is a fundamental requirement. This role is perfectly suited for recent graduates and early-career professionals eager to build a well-rounded accounting skill set and establish a strong career foundation.
• Experience: While no specific prior professional experience is strictly required, the position emphasizes a strong desire to learn and grow. The firm provides direct mentorship from experienced leaders and offers robust training opportunities.
